Can someone tell me how to connect a 74LS390 to divide by 60.
Internet research resulted in conflicting info.

It depends on your application. Can you live with ripple counting with a glitch?
Use the divide by 5 section and count to 3. Then clear the counter.
Filter out the short glitch before feeding into the divide by 2 stage.

What is the conflicting information?

Decode 9 to use as the clock for the second counter. Decode 6 from the second to reset the 10's counter.
