Computer PSU tester makes constant beep when connecting to Delux ATX-350W

So...

I replace one PC PSU because 4 of the CE was visibly bulging. Now when i replaced and plug the tester it makes a constant sound. What can be that from?

When i plug ata molex it does show 5 and 12 volt LEDs and the PSU is not turning off.

I have Digital Volt Meter of course and if i should measure something i will
