I have two problems which i don't know how to solve and I would be really grateful if you could help me:

1. The maximum value of alternating current of 50 Hz frequency is 200√2 A. The time countdown starts from the zero value of the current in the increasing positive direction. Determine the time when the instantaneous value of the current becomes 141.4 A the first time and the second time.

2. Find the form factor (coefficient) of the alternating current in the picture:

I don't really understand. Can you please define what ideas do you have?

 

What my ideas are of what your instructor or text means by "the form factor (coefficient) of the alternating current" is really irrelevant and could easily lead you down a rabbit hole. What matters is how this has been defined in YOUR course. If you present what that definition is, I can probably help you better understand it. But I'm not in a position to guess with sufficient confidence for that to be the starting point of a discussion.

That aside, you should be able to at least show your best attempt at the first question. Sketch a picture and describe what you think it is asking for and how you could go about finding it. That should let us see what mental connections aren't quite being made.
