goood evening everyone, well im new here, actually this faulty part made me surf the web searching for identification, anyway this is a thyristor i guess, i found it in a VW golf 3 power window module, it went faulty and i cant find any datasheet anywhere what so ever. and here i am looking for an answer. thaaank you.

 

The thyristor itself might be this:

But that alone may not fix that module if there are other electronics in there.

actually there is other electronics in there , ill make some tests and see …. thanks this will help alot

Quite possible. What made you think that component is a thyristor?

Bigger picture, I suggest looking at user forums for your model. It's amazing what you can learn from the experience of others.
