I'm looking for the exact part number of this component (marking code "Z176", see picture attached).
Built in Philips CX50 (ultrasound system), between rotary encoder and signal processing circuitry.
It could be a ESD protection diode array because there are 5 diodes inside (common anode at pin 2)...

What is it being used in? maybe that would help to find out what it is.

 

A search on Farmell's website for "diode array" gave these results. Maybe one of these will meet your requirements.

It looks like the sort of marking used by NXP or nexpukia or whatever they call themselves now.

The first character may be a factory code. The underscores are significant, but not to the base part number.
I suggest starting by plowing trough NXP datasheets looking at tables of codes. A TVS array does seem probable.
