Hi All!
I am building a radio controlled model submarine that has several sensors such as depth, speed, port motor RPM, starboard motor RPM, temperatures, a compass, and more. The sensors are all using PICs and I would like to display the readings over NTSC video from a periscope camera. I would like to color code the readings as well have warnings appear in red. Right now I have not found any IC or circuit that will allow me to do this. Eagle Tree systems does use a color text display however they will not share what they are using. One IC that showed some promise was the STV5730A however you can only have white text over camera video or color text over an internally generated color back ground. Could someone PLEASE help me?
