How do you add Property variables that can have bespoke values/text added to them in the schematic editor in Xpedition VX2.10?

I have text in my current schematic border symbol in the title block section that is visible in the Symbol Editor but does not populate until Setup>PropertyName/Values are added in the Schematic Designer.

I was wondering how those were made and if you can add those variables as-needed, because I have a new information block that could benefit from having bespoke options in the Schematic Designer.
