Hi I'm having a issue with my circuit could anyone advice me

output = 1.6 volts range , i know it should be around 1.2 for it to work properly

.model SeanMosN NMOS(KP=100u VTo=1 LAMBDA=0.01)
.model SeanMosP PMOS(KP=100u VTo=1 LAMBDA=0.01)
these are the parameters of my mosfets

the circuit was given to me by my lecture
