What do you mean by CMOS Clock and how does it work? And what's the difference between this and LVCMOS Clock Buffer (Ex. part number 5PB1104)?

It would be great if anyone could tell the working of this above Part 5PB1104.

TIA. :)

Buffer usually implies the ability to drive larger loads. If you load the output of a normal "clock", you'll affect rise/fall time and maximum frequency of operation.

Can you please elaborate clearly the working?
Clock signals are affected by loading. Since they're usually the most heavily loaded signal, buffers are used to distribute the load to minimize the effects of driving long nets and a large number of loads. This will reduce waveform degradation which can introduce timing issues.
