Careful analysis of the circuit diagram shows that the common point of capacitor C1 and the base of transistor Q1 is referenced to earth by the scope – therefore the answer will be zero.

I am not familiar with simulation suites.
Perhaps that is the way the simulator (Multisim) shows signal and ground on a 2-channel oscilloscope.
