Hello,

I'm working on feedback amplifiers such as the picture below and I've read that there great for radio frequencies. So why is that and how do they help with gain?

Thanks

I don't know if it is a general statement about feedback amplifiers but the feedback forces the transistor to track a constant gain of the input. The inductors filter out the high frequencies and leave a demodulated audio signal behind for you to enjoy.

Thanks GopherT,

I figured that would be it too but I know that as frequency increases your gain will decrease aswell, anybody else have a clue?

Thanks
