I am in the process of repairing a ELNA Overlocker machine(Serger to Americans , I believe). It is a old model PRO 5DC(approx 30 yrs). It has a shorted SCR controlling motor speed and shorted diode driving the gate. Also damaged are two resistors, one in series with the gate diode and another across anode and gate.
Is there anyone who may have a circuit diagram that can tell me the type of diode and the resistor values. The diode is too small to have any markings and it may not be just a simple diode. One resistor is too badly burnt to read the value and the other is O/C but looks like 100ohm.
