Sure thing, no problem.

You apply 12V/24VDC power source and turn on VR101A POWER ON.
Connect mic J106 plug to J105 socket. Press SW102 PTT switch. Push to talk. Start talking.

That is a pretty large and complex schematic. Is there any specific part of the circuit in which you are interested understanding better?

Honestly I'd like to understand the circuit all the way from where you tune the receiver signal to the speaker, and from where the signal comes from the mic all the way to being transmitted

There are a thousand components in that circuit. Do you want a thousand explanations of how the circuit works?

Do you know how a resistor works?

I do, I've been in a high school technical school in electronics

You need to start with a block diagram of a radio receiver and transmitter and the focus on one functional block at a time.

You're right , I'll try to study it a little more, and try to make a more precise question
