Hello there,

For my intership at school, i'm currently building the circuit of an RFID tag. (for some confidental reasons) the circuit will be build out of seperate components. I've already got a battery, clock generator, power amplifier (optionally signal mixer / manchester encoder) etc. Now i'm looking for a memory component. This is just for prototyping, so a memory with 4 bits would already be enough.

Is anyone able to advise me how to switch a memory into the circuit, and which one to choose. for example i found this memory module: XXX

I'm not so well educated in electronics, so i don't truly understand how to connect the several pins of this module.

Hopefull someone can help me, thanks in advance.

So as far as i understand, this pin layout has only 2 pins that are in use?

How should the SI/O be handled? what is the output signal?
