New toys are out that have max 0.9v 0.6 amp input and these Are given without any adapter.
Can anyone make a nice detailed description of how to make this for
AC power,
Solar cells
With easy to find or cheap to buy ingredients

Those numbers are very strange. What runs at less than a volt?

 

I would suspect it to be 9V, not 0.9V.
Go and look through the boxed of plug packs at a thrift/charity store.

Can you post a picture of the device and name plate?
I have never seen a "0.9V" powered device, and do not know of a suitable supply.

 

MuRata has a series of Dc/dc converters - just need the right resistor value from sense to ground.
