Can someone please review my schematic and let me know of any concerns I may have. I am designing a simple wearable that contains a PRoC from cypress.

All resistors and Caps are predetermined, charge current for the battery is 12mA and battery (Rechargeable) will operate at 3.7V and will be placed parallel to C1.

 

You have a ferrite on the power feed to M1 but no decoupling capacitor.

 

You have a ferrite on the power feed to M1 but no decoupling capacitor.
