Hi
I am going to make devices(24nos.)using powerboost 1000c,1800mAh LiPo Battery and raspberry pi zero.
I want make charger ports to charge these 24 devices using 5v,40amp power supply.
Ie, i want make 24 charging ports, need any components to split 5v or can do directly split?

If you just want to connect the 5v,40 amp power supply to 24 devices then you just make 24 charging ports to connect them together, otherwise if you want to protect them from each other for those 24 devices then you can use 24 3A Schottky diodes from power supply to 24 charging ports.

If you want to do the protection for 24 devices then you can in series with 24 fuses after Schottky diodes, it means that each Schottky diode in series with one fuse, and the fuse current rating is as Example below:
The device draw current is 1.5 Adc.
The draw current in Iac = 1.5 Adc * 1.414 = 2.121 Aac, choose 2 Aac or 2.2 Aac to try.
So you need to measure the draw current from anyone of the device and to buy some fuses close around the measures current to try.
