Charge Management Controller problem

Hi,
I have designed a battery charging circuit with MCP73831 chip, after testing it for about 4h i ended with a swollen battery, this is the circuit i used

the battery i'am using is 3.7v, 200mAh

the VDD is 4.8v, could anyone help me to found the problem ?

Your current is set at 178mA, with a 5K6 resistor. A 200mA cell should be charged at 200mA for 1 Hr, or 100mA 2Hrs,,50mA 4Hrs...etc.
