hello,
as far as i know we define characeterstic impedance for transmission lines.
What is the Characterstic impedance of a network port (Z0)? How can interpretate it?

Depends on the load. If the output is open then it is Z1+Z2. If it is short then it is Z1. If it is something else , then it is Z1+(Z2 || (Z3+ZL))
