Dear all,

I am trying to program a TCD1209DG linear CCD sensor(I attached the datasheet for the component). I have currently been able to program everything regarding the timing operations in VHDL. I only can't seem to understand the timing operation for φ2b, I understand that it is the last stage transfer clock. With timing restraints in correlation to RS and CP, but I don't quite get the full image of what the signal is supposed to represent nor how to program it. I hope someone can help me out with this.
