Hello! I have a dc micromotor which has carbon brushes and I don't know anything about it and i just can see the shape! how can i assume percentage for its materials to study the effect of temperature ? is there any standards for known voltage and current?

Brushes for small DC motors are made from many different combinations of materials. I doubt whether the motor manufacturer will be able to supply you with the information you are asking for. The best way to get the information is to vary the temperature and make some measurements.

Brushes mainly consist of different grades of carbon and copper content, usually the higher the current, the higher the copper content, also RPM comes into play for anything above 3k-4k rpm's.
Micro-motors that are very low current, relatively low rpm, Usually high carbon content.
