I want to buy some SMD capacitor used in hight temperature around 125 degeree celcius. Could anyone suggest me some SMD capacitors. where to buy it and also the foot print of these SMD capacitor . The value of capacitance is 0.1uF and 1 uF. Thanks

 

What voltage?
I went to (Digikey) and searched for "capacitor", picked ceramic, 1uF, 16V,
For some reason it will not let me search for 125C but you can see what caps work to 125C.
There is a picture for each line, and a description.

What will you be using the capacitors for? Is accuracy important? Will the temperature be nearly constant?

Of course, these have to be filtered by your requirements.
