I have checked all of them I think and replaced all pico fuses.
From the start I had the blinking green light deal so I go out bought adn replaced 4 new 105* 16/1000v capacitors. The Tv came on fine but the convergence was a bow tie and would not adjust out soooo,
I buy new convergence chips, resistors(which were all good so I did not replace) and pico fuses replaced them. When I turned the tv on it would not come on and no light on the front. You can hear what sounds like something powering up and there is a led light on the DM board that comes on blinks and goes back out but that is it.

that sounds like a bad cap, but the .1uf is too small to ..... well unless its part of a switch line... Replace it and see. Also, make sure your transformer is putting out what it says it should. You may be underpowering the unit if the xformer is bad. and for god sakes BE CAREFUL. The big caps can blow a finger off if not discharged. Also, look at the caps for leaking. This may be a bad cap. It sure seems like it. Are the caps in the right way? (if polarized)

Caps are polarized and I put the side that was shaded the same way the others were, didn't know till later about the long and short stems. But since replacing them the tv would come on but the convergence was bad as I said before. Not coming on was after the convergence repair.
And for the capacitors doing damage...I am in the hvac business so I know all about them. I am not sure where to test for all of my voltages as the repair manual I have is very vague. The one that was posted here looked a lot simpler to read so I have it downloaded and ready to go.
Going in the a.m. to get a new smd, I pray that is all it is.

You have to follow the flow for the caps, you cant face them forward because others are faced forward. If the caps on one trace face 12o'clock but the trace makes a u turn at the top of the board and comes back down, the caps on that line will now have to face 6o'clock
