The circuit appears to be part of an electrostatic deflection oscilloscope. There are quite a few segments missing, the high voltage multiplier section seems to be tied to some missing circuitry. And the right side seems to connect to another page that we do not see. Many of the component values are penciled in, and the transistor legends seem to match a section of the BOM.
This section appears to be an input section, although it lacks the typical gain setting switch found on most scopes. The drawing is fairly well organized but packed a bit tightly,
yes it is a OSC circuit. But a very old one. It is also very difficult to find resources. So my only option is this document in russian language.

Duplicating a Russian CRT oscilloscope? The portion of the schematic shown is only a small section of the instrument, missing are all of the sweep circuits and the entire gain selection section. So unless the rest of the circuit is available it will be a rather useless exercise, except as a test of your determination and ability.
GOOD LUCK!!

I agree with you, but even though I say this is ridiculous, those responsible for me wanted me to do it, unfortunately.

This is my internship assignment. If I can translate the part numbers of these components written in Russian, I will design the PCB.
Translation is for words, how can you translate part numbers? They are just letters and digits.

And what's the point of desinging this PCB if you won't be able to get any of these long out of production USSR made parts?

I can't search for the part numbers because russian uses different alphabets, the problem is already there. I was asked to do an internship. I said it was ridiculous, but I couldn't change their minds. :(

Yes, it is a different alphabet. Cyrillic. What do you mean you can't search for part numbers?

Letters are not translatable. You can't translate part numbers.

I see. thanks for the answer. I guess I'll be wasting my time if I try to do that.

OK, then it is indeed a test that will verify both your skill and your determination. So now you can be aware of what is actually being evaluated. As for the circuit board, I hope that they have software with an autorouter, otherwise the task will be very tedious indeed.

I love card design and drawing, but unfortunately it gets annoying when the main project gets stuck like this. Thank you for everything :)

Actually, not much would be really "stuck". The resistors and capacitors will be straight forward, the transistor ratings will probably require research, but once the footprint is known the board layout should be OK. at some point you wil need to ask about if it must be a duplicate or just a functional equivalent, which can be quite different.

First screenshot - microchip KR-140UD1A. R letter means plastic DIP body not metallic (spider) version, this is most prost and ugly old bjt type op-amp.
Second screen, yellow fields - potentiometer SP3-38V, (1/8)W, 100 KOhm; other C3-14 resistor, 14 Ohm
Third screen, map of voltages: first column - name label on circuit, second column - number of feet, third - Voltage; fourth - form and V(p-p) of pulsed signal. Anod=anode, katod=cathode, istok=source; kollektor=collector
Last screen, winding data for transformer: 1st column = circuit; 2.nd column=number of bobbin; 3rd=numbers of winding; 4-th=Voltage a) under disclosed load; b) under the load. 5-th=current under a) interrupted load, b) under full load. Next - number of turns; next - diameter of wire (mm) measured by copper. Last columns - notes, number of ru standard.

Advices: 1) for print any text at russian, may use the translit.ru. Just print inside the text by normal letters, and get out of Kirillica letters. My comp have also no other as only Latin letters thus the option is to use "insert symbol" and it is sure too slow, thus this is very handy service. 2) For translating as soon it is non-photography, use translate.google.com. Sometimes that translation may happen be misleading, but 90% will be translated rather well. Attached search engine Yandex finds much better Kirillica-based queries, because Google partially count them `hieroglyphs` thus omit results.

Last, not being any native speaker at russian, I anyway am 99.9% fluent in this terrorist -supporting country language. Thus, may ask me personally if have something important or hurry. Just push Janis Blahins at Facebook and get me out, I`m alone there with this combination. Here the place is too public, but privately I may give You my Whatsup number so You may sent the text or just ask orally.
I am speaking only at 7 languages including my mother-tongue Latvian.....
Last advice - to find the datasheets use Kirillica letters in Yandex plus with russian letters datašit (they are using this word non-translated). Or alternatively (parametri) or (spravočnie dannie). Wit russian letters of course.

And yet, you are here conversing in English. Fascinating.

Thanks for your help. If there are places where I get stuck, I will reach you.

You don't remember that time when your country invaded Russia and occupied Moscow for 2 years? ;)
MY coutry never invaded ANY country, at least in last 10 000 years. Such sin was done exceptionally at pre-historic times, when Latvian language took all the region from todays Kaliningrad up to Ural and part of Siberia. Then Great Nations Walking begun thus all the folks speaking Latvian became dead. And from that time our Eastern neighbour all the time makes the brown bear`s sh**, regularly. But this isnt right place to discuss about politics, isnt so?

Yes, let's not discuss such matters.

Sorry for another off topic comment but:

When denigrating a country or a people in a public space, you are doing excellent work of promoting nationalism. It is only a natural protective instinct. As such, your contributions beat any propoganda.

You don't need to go back that far. Not only did the Polish-Lithuanian empire (which encompassed all the Baltic countries) invade present day Russia, they also invaded present day Ukraine. Then the Baltics were invaded by the Russian Empire, and then again by the Soviet Union. Sorry, off topic, but facts are facts. ;)
