I have a hard time translating the PCB sizes of these capacitors. Maybe I am just asleep. What does "0.39*0.19" means for the diameter? I know there is no pitch too. Is this in inches, cm?

Metric before the slash and in inches after the slash.
Are the capacitor radial or axial?

It should be "Length by diameter"? In which case its Length = 10, diameter = 5mm. The pitch is still missing.

The datasheet should have that information.

There is no datasheet. I am checking the Chinese sellers. I wrote radial in the previous post.

10mm or 0.39” is the length (or height in the case of radial) of the cap body. It an unfortunate coincidence that 10 is also the quantity.

5mm or 0.19” is the diameter of the cap body.

I just figured what you meant by pitch... the distance between leads. It is indeed missing. What are you using for the PCB layout? I’d either find a similar cap or order then and measure it yourself.

As the caps are only 4 or 5 mm in diameter, the lead distance is likely to be 2.54 mm or 0.1".

Instead of buying blind, contact the seller for more information. If these are on AliExpress, those people often know little about what they're selling and, in my experience, aren't responsive before or after a purchase.

They should give diameter, length, and lead space...

For the price its wort the risk.

Chinese sources are infamous for selling counterfeit parts.

 

I know. But I can't connect them for some reason.

 

good caps are already cheap enough, no reason to put up with poor information if you need them for something important.
I would only buy this if it was just for basic testing/breadboarding purposes in which case the size/spacing isn't all that important.
