does any body know of some one or some company that can make us some circuit boards from a circuit diagram
we also have the parts list,,
ideally we would like to meet someone who can do both, make the board and solder the parts on , but either is great ,,we need many of these made

There are many members here who would be happy to do this for you.
They can create the PCB files and then have a PCB house make the boards for you. The PCB house can even ship you the assembled boards.

Some items do not had details? 'Spade Terminal' D2,D4,D5 etc

It's off subject, perhaps, but what is the circuit's purpose? That would help.

There are a few dubious design elements so you might want to have it reviewed. For example, the D1-D2-D3 chain has no current limiting protection.
