Can someone help me turn this circuit diagram onto a breadboard?

Hi.
I did say 'indication' of the 741 pins, not an absolute measurement, what do you suggest a Fluke DVM.? ;)
E
Fluke is pricey and reliable but any meter will do.

When i was starting with electronics, nothing was cheap. even low cost analog meters ware priced quite steeply and not easy to get (at least for a kid in rural area). but today even DMM for $10 will be an excellent tool to have and one can buy them anywhere, from local hardware store, Walmart, car parts store, gas stations, or simply online. and DMM is the first thing one should get, even if it is one of the dirt cheap models.

Hi pm,
The TS said he has no equipment.
At least with a simple Resistor/LED he can check some points on his bread board layout.

When I started out in electronics, the best meter available was an AVO model 7, we had to improvise.;)

Thanks for the heads-up on my circuit drawing error.
