Can someone help me identify these parts?

Still not got anything meaningful for the 5 pin part. Those links are for the 3 pin part only.

Can you take clear focussed well-lit views straight on for both the front and back of the whole board so I can try and work out the purpose of that 5 pin part.

one of the caps cannot be straightened out due to the pins behind it, let me know if you need a picture at a different angle

These are neat little turbine engines!

There appears to be considerable damage to the back of the PCB near/under that burnt transistor, possibly a blown track.

Another shot of the back but in focus would help.

Do you mean that lump in the middle? I was referring to the end of the board by the solenoid connectors, which is sadly cropped out on your latest picture.

I have been working on a scale Harrier the last 29 years and it finally did a transition to hover a few weeks back, so epic, now there a bunch of loose end to take care of then I will release the video

Can anyone else help me find this part?
Sorry, Eddy, even with those pictures I've not been able to formulate anything helpful on the purpose of that part and I'm not getting any useful hits with the part #.

I doubt they will, but have you asked Xicoy for help here?

Like most people asking for help, Eddy is not direct and instead of painting big picture would have us have us look for a needle in a haystack,.

Based on my poking around, this seem to be the "landing gear controller" such as LGC13C or similar. then i got it narrowed to
XICOY FADEC system Autostart model AU-10 for which one can find manual https://www.xicoy.com/FAD10.pdf
which has connection diagrams. And that can be very helpful... like in determining polarity and type of circuit for Gas valve solenoids.

don't have time to look closer but at least now this has some meat on the bone. For example one can clearly see that Gas valve circuit is for pair of solenoids.
Diodes are there, transistors (SOT-23) are definitely NPN type (because of resistors before them). so the 5-pin device could be a TVS or zener array to protect MCU in case things go wrong.
To find out more, it does not help that PCB solder mask is black, and image is still of low quality (no lighting).

My point is that finding original parts may not work out but... finding functional substitutes can be.
