Hi, I'm trying to make spice simulation.

I have used PSPICE Lite edition, and I got to use this Lspice because of the limit of the PSPICE
(It has number limit to use component)

And I am trying to revise W or L size in LTspice, But it is hard to find it.

Can I adjust W or L size at the LTspice?

 

What you have on your diagram is a default part. You can check the LTspice help file for the values of the default parameters. Next if you can find a part that is similar to the one you want, you can import that model into your schematic, and from there you can modify any of the device parameters.

I know that I can change model parameter in PSPICE.

But I wonder if I can revise it one by one.

ex) M3 : W=5, L=0.1 , M4 : W=10, L=0.1

Yes. SPICE is actually an acronym. The ICE stands for "Integrated Circuit Emphasis"
The SP stands for "Simulation Program" -- inspiring, right?
