Hi

I want to Hack a Calculator, to make into a counter, prob is I can't seem to be able to recongnise the contacts for the= sign function on the board , have arrowed the = function carbon touch pad (PCB Bottom) and arrowed the area on the PCB top.
Can anyone see where the tracks are on the PCB top so that I can scrape some copper away to solder 2 leads to my magnetic reed switch !.

Cheers

The most simple I know is to wire the contacts of the "=" key to the switch of your choice.

After you type
1 + +

the succesive closures of that switch will keep adding 1 to the previously accumulated quantity.
Hi
Thanks for your reply, yes I know how to do that, I am wanting to id the = function trace on the board to solder the leads to !.
