Hi everyone ,
We all know how to use inverter to convert frequency of input power. In some cases, the frequency of input and output is similar and we use the by-pass mode of inverter but in by-pass mode ít really connects the input power directly to output power??. If the frequency of input power fluctuates a lot ,how this affects the performance of inverter.? .The input power and output power of inverter is really isolated through inverter?

Yes. Bypass mode connects input to output using contactors. That isolates all the inverter/converter circuitry for maintenance. Sometimes the bypass is external to the unit so that the entire cabinet can be isolated for safety.
Sometimes the bypass is controlled by thyristor switches so that it can produces a seamless changeover (but that is not sufficiently isolated for safe maintenance)
