just ran a test yesterday
( i saved some of likely the L128-6580EC35000B1 from failed LED bulb , been step by step testing them while i get the time for ...)
so the one was attached to ~AC invetrter's MOSFET heat sink 6x24x48mm (about 5 in² total - both all sides included)
with 9.04V 97.1mA I.FW (878mW) the sink.. (purely measured - a poor thermal contact to T - probe) ..seemd to reach 38°C at 25°C ambient open atmosphere

it is however impossible to estimate the junction temperature . . . involves 4 unknowns RJC (not sure of the exact device model/type) RCA RC-HS RHS-A
... also the convection would likely vary the RHS-A for combinations of the THS TA ...
