What are a few high speed industry standard buffer opamps?

 

um.... any opamp can be a buffer. just pick one with the switching parameter you need.

 

There is no "industry standard" buffer amplifier chip-- all such chips have been special, one-of-a-kind devices. A few that I know of are the LM110, LT1010, LH0033 and LH0063.

Most of the time when people need a fast unity-gain buffer, they just use a fast op amp connected in the unity-gain configuration (i.e., with the inverting input connected to the output).
