Buck converter using IR2110.

I made a buck converter according to the image.

The simulation on LtSpice is ok, and the output are what i expected. However, in the real circuit the MOSFET M1 does not work properly.

Can anyone explain to me how to make this work?

Ps: Sorry about the bad exlanation, english is not my first language.
