Bridge Rectifier with Series Capacitor Question

I'm familiar with Full-Bridge rectifiers with smoothing capacitors, but found this schematics for a monitor deflection board and am trying to understand it. I believe 60 VAC at 60 Hz goes into the rectifier and the DC output is split between -37 VDC abd +37 VDC. It looks like the series capacitors are tapped in the middle by ground. Is there any documentation or reference that can explain this circuit.

I suspect the split (ground) is the center-tap of the transformer winding supplying the bridge. (See circuit below).
As such, the bridge is acting in a two full-wave rectifier configuration with the two top diodes rectifying the positive output, and the two bottom rectifiers rectifying the negative output.
