Can anybody find one in English? From what I can find it looks like VCC should be around 16 V. Can I get a confirmation from somebody?

If you look at the circuit I posted betwean pins 3&4 theres a capacitor 1.5uf & a resistor fed through droping resistors from the main supply.

It looks to me that the board is more designed for110 V. 240 V would put more stress on the internal Zener. Maybe 51K would be better than 150K for 240 v operation? But then it wouldn't work so well at 85 V :)
One board for 85 V to 240 V? Seems to have a shorter life at 240 V. :)
Wow, all the LEDs are in series? Current limiting is set to about 120 mA, 240 mA maximum.
Not a bad little chip. A bigger case with a bit of heat sink might be a good idea.

When it was working I managed to measure the voltage across the LEDs at 85V dc, & the current at 100ma. Just checked the Vcc voltage its 12V dc.
