Bootstrap, circuit for inverter driver, help

Hi guys,
I try to design a boostrap circuit for inverter driver or 3 phase h bridge.
Anyway, I have a problem that Irfz44 mosfet is above 10khz.
while gate capacitans flowA ground, Voltage momentary increases from 5v to 50v
İf you have a solution on this topic, can you give a n information?
