Ok so I have 3 SATA harddrives. 1. 220GB, 2. 80Gb, 3. 1.5TB. I have Windows XP installed on the 220GB drive and I want to install Unbutu linux on the 80GB drive. Is there a freeware boot manager where I can select to boot from different harddrives? My bios could do it but I'ld have to switch OS's by bios every time. It won't recognize 2 HD's for booting, just 1.

When you install Ubuntu it will automatically install a bootloader on your master drive allowing you to select between Ubuntu and Windows. From experience. Never done it across multiple drives, but I have heard of that being done.
