Hello!

I have to feed several equipments with 12V and around 10A with 10m cables each one from a common power source. I could use standard DC connectors but I don't want they to be unplugged if someone pulls them. On the other hand I like a lot BNC connectors. I'm thinking to use them with usual ac current hose instead of parallel cable because the aesthetic.

Could there be a problem? Has anyone any warning about this assembly?

I would have thought 10A might be pushing it with your usual coaxial cable/BNC connector, especially over 10m...

 

Most BNC connectors can only carry a few amps (3-5 Amps)
