I have Win10 64Bit and I use VLC.

I can not get it to Play my Blu Ray Discs and I have a Blu Ray Drive.
I went to the WebSite and have the new Version and I Read a Topic that says you have to Ad a File to a VLC Folder.

I was lost because everything says VLC should Play Blu Ray as is.

Does anybody know of a good FREE Media Player?

Storebought Blu-ray discs have copy protection, so the player software needs decryption keys; VLC doesn't have that ability out of the box, but apparently you can add it:
https://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/
But your Blu-ray drive should have been bundled with functional player software (possibly a limited version of WinDVD or PowerDVD). If you've misplaced that, there may be copies at Archive.org, though they may be unusable without a registration key. But those can sometimes be found online.

Another option is to install a helper program that bypasses the protection. "AnyDVD HD" from redfox.bz, or "DVDFab Passkey for Blu-ray" from dvdfab.cn Those will also help you rip a disc to your hard drive.

Thank you for all the help.

I got the 2. Files the keyDB.cfg and the libaacs.dll and I know just where to put them.

I have the 64 Bit Version of VLC and I did not see anything that asked me to get these Files in 64 Bit.

Are both of these Files for 64 Bit it did not tell me?

I am sorry I think I did not ask in the Right way?

I did go to the WebSite http://fvonline-db.bplaced.net/

The First Option is the keyDB.cfg File for English.

I Click it and it Downloaded the ZIP Folder.

After I go into it I see just one File.

The same thing happens when I go to get the libaacs.dll File.

Should they not ask me if I want to Download the 64 Bit Version please help?

I did see it says put the libaacs.dll File in the c:\program files\videolan\vlc Folder if it is 64 Bit.

But it says make a Folder called aacs in the c:\programdata Folder and put the keyDB.cfg in it.

I just wanted to know if this File would work on 32 Bit VLC?

I put the 2. Files in the Right place.

I open VLC and go to open Disc.

I Select my Disc and it does show up.

It says VLC can not open Disc.

Can anybody please help me?

If not is there any FREE Program like VLC that can play Audio Video DVD Blu Ray?

I did put the 2. Files in the Right Folders and my Blu Ray Discs did not Play.

I see 2. Free Programs one is Leawo and the other is MPC-HC.

Will these Play Blu Ray and most Audio Files Video Files?

Free players are unlikely to be legitimate or work well since the copy protection has to be licensed from the Blu-ray overlords. Hence, my suggestion to look for a player that was bundled with your drive. Or use AnyDVD or Passkey.
