Hi
I'm designing a control system for a 12/24V 250W 200 RPM max. with motor controller Allegro A3930.

The system is for driving a Jig fishing machine and therefore the machine can get heavy load and when the current excide 7-8 amps the motor start jumping, jerk(stops-starts). The MOSFET IRFR4510PBF can also be broken. Under 7-8 Amp. everything is OK.

Is the problem the A3930 controller, or is the problem transients, and can 4 layer card with better ground plane make it better.?

Best regards

How do these old threads get posted? What brings them back into active status??
It takes a clueless noob, who ignores the warning that the last post was more than 365 days ago, who decides to necro post anyway to a thread that died a long time ago from a TS who has made two posts and has not come back for longer than that.
