Hello,I have a circuit which is delaying one Q1_c with respect to Vg1 by delaying the Vbe rising of the BJT's marked in red.
my circuit currently can deliver at most 1.2A by simulation.
The current BJT are no good ,I need it to deliver 4A to the R1 load.
What BJT's You reccomend to use for this purpose?

Use a power P-MOSFET instead.

 

Slap a capacitor across the base resistor to slow down the V_BE rise and delay turn-on. A base to ground resistor helps keep the voltage in check for high gain transistors...
