Baudrate Problem

Dear Guys

I am using RN41 bluetooth module which has 960kbps baud rate USART port and I can receive data in that speed from that port but the PIC micro controller have the USART port with 115kbps baud rate so
1)Can anyone suggest the idea to solve this problem?
2)Is there any PIC Micro controllers with 960kbps baud rate?
