Hi
I'm making a batterypack with 18650 cells. The voltage i need is 11,1 v (12v).
I was hoping that someone with more knolledge than me could take a look att my configuration and tell me if its right.
I have eight 18650 cells 2000 mAh. What capacity will this configuration give me?

I would say to not have uneven groupings of batteries. If you have 2 in parallel, do not then change to 4!
All groups need to be the same or Ian Field's comment it likely to be correct.

Probably not that dangerous if the TS adds a charge balancer board, but 2P combinations stacked in series with 4P stages; will discharge sooner and the current flow pushed by the other cells will try to reverse charge them. That can't be good!
