Do I add the 18650's together when entering their mAh, ive got 3 x 2200 so does that enter as 6600 or does it not work like that ?

If the batteries are connected in parallel, yes.
If the batteries are connected in series, no.

The total will be the same as the single cell. Think of it this way: if you wire the batteries in parallel you increase the current capacity; in series you increase the voltage.
