Would appreciate feedback for this circuit that I have designed, it provides battery power (when not stationary) to a rail that is normally powered by an AC/DC converter and accepts 9-20 V. The problem is that the rail and the load can't be separated and can only be accessed at point B1.
What I'm trying to accomplish:
Other notes, do not want to use a booster with EN pin.

What I'm trying to accomplish:
- When connected to AC/DC converter at VIN1 device should be powered from the converter the entire battery circuit should be cut off and batteries charging.
- When connected to AC/DC converter at VIN2 device should be powered from the converter.
- When disconnected, run from battery power.
- Redundancy if one battery fails
Other notes, do not want to use a booster with EN pin.
