With ref. to attached circuit, am I right with the following statement?:

1. Amplifier load is a parallel resonant circuit.

2. Tuned to give high Z at the selected frequency, by varying C1.

3. At resonance, the current is a minimum, Voutput will be large:

Voutput = VDD - Voltage across L1,C1.

You're basically right, but in (3), do you think the output amplitude is a function of the input amplitude?

The circuit is a basic A.F. amplifier - instead of a load resistor at the drain, there is the cap. Ind. parallel combination.

So the A.F. amp. calculations can be used:
Vouput = Vdd - Voltage across resistor.

Yeah, but doesn't the output also swing above Vdd?
Since you posted this under homework help, I'm assuming that's what it is, so I'm being coy.:D
