I am trying to implement use of wire in solar OFF-grid and on-GRID system. I need factor involved while calculation

On basis of below table i choose the cable http://www.bulkwire.com/wireresistance.asp.

Which values need to consider for below factor

1. ampicity(https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080421092633AAQ3SGo)
2. Temperature compensation
3. voltage drop calculation
4. wattage loss during transmission

What are other factor involved to calculate the cable sizing here.

Length.. You must consider length of wire from source to load, and back again to source.

 

How many amps does your system produce?
How far is the distance you need to run wires?
Is it wires from solar panels to batteries/inverter? Or from inverter to load? Are you even using an inverter?
