Hi!
I'm building an active BMS which balances cells using ETA3000.

I have connected 4.2 V between 2 and 6 pins from the power supply and the li-ion cell charged to 3.5V between 6 and 5 pins.
About 10 seconds current on the power supply was 0.03A, but then 0A.
I have bought IC here https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004911907478.html .
Then I added 10uf cap between 2-6 and 6-5 pins but it doesn't affect it.
Can you help me? Why it doesn't work?

Are you connecting 1 cell or 2? What exactly were you expecting it to do? Its a balancer not a charger...

Here's the application circuit from the datasheet, modded for the 6pin version of the chip

I have connected 2 cells with 0.5v different but balancing doesn't work then I connecte power supply instead on first cell

It's board with parts on screen only (other components was not installed
So your circuit is as below and you're expecting it to charge the upper cell from the lower cell/charger. I doubt that will work. You need the 10uF capacitors across each cell and the charger should be across both cells, ie 8.4v CC/CV profiled. What are/were your cell voltages and what capacity?

Sorry for the long time answer!
Capacity is 5 Ah (LG m50t).
The voltage of the top battery is 3.5V, and the bottom battery is 4.2V
