I just got Win11 and I have a USB 3.0 Hard Drive Docking Bay.
The Docking Bay holds 2. Hard Drive.
I take both Hard Drive out of my Docking Bay and put a 1. TB Hard Drive in.
I then make a Full Win11 Image from the Backup and Restore program in Win11.
I have it put it on my 1. TB Hard Drive that is in my Docking Bay.
Then I make the Repair CD.
I will then keep the 1. TB Hard Drive with my Win11 Image so if I need it I have it.
I want to know if my System Hard Drive ever goes down and I Install a New Hard Drive can I not put my 1. TB Hard Drive back into my USB 3.0 Docking Bay and use the Repair CD to point to the Win11 Image on the Hard Drive in the Docking Bay?
Then just Restore my System?
